The gentleman on reception did not know the difference between his left and right and sent me in the wrong direction, not very friendly or helpful. The breakfast was very poor there was a boiled egg but no toast? There is no parking as advertised. I had to pay £35.

The room is extremely tight, there was no enough space for a baby cot & two adults can not pass in the same time. The room rate is extremely high for this room, specially because even the elevator is very slow & my room (201) was between two floors.

Gorgeous clean property with nice and courteous staff on night shift. Rooms are always compact and silent with a cute bathroom and many pillows. - Great location in the center, you can walk everywhere. - Overall delicious food, plus there is Crown And Sceptre close by.
